Refund Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

fypnow, operated by FYP Now LLC ("FYP Now", "we", "us", or "our"), provides subscription access to the fypnow platform. This Refund Policy explains when payments are and are not refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial (Starter plan)

The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends — from Settings → Billing, or by emailing [email protected] — and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged automatically on day 7 and your paid subscription begins.

2. All subscription payments are non-refundable

Except where required by law (see Section 4), all subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Charges made after a free trial ends — you had the full trial period to evaluate fypnow and cancel.
  • Plans that do not include a free trial (such as Pro and Business), which are charged at the start of the subscription.
  • Monthly charges, annual charges, and automatic renewals.
  • Partial, unused, or remaining portions of any subscription period.

We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for cancellations made after a charge has occurred.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period.
  • You keep access to paid features until that date.
  • You will not be charged again, and the subscription will not renew.

4. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. If a charge was made in genuine error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will investigate and correct it.

5. Questions

Have a billing question or think something went wrong? Please email [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank — we're happy to help and most issues are resolved quickly.
