The highest-viewed of those were then put through an AI topical check that discards videos whose captions merely matched a keyword — a sports blooper captioned "gotta buy the house after that" is not a real estate video — leaving 1,428 confirmed videos, from which the top 20 per niche are published here. Ranking is by view count. "Views/Follower" divides a video's views by its creator's follower count, which is what separates a genuine breakout from a large account's ordinary post.
