How-tos/Niche playbook reports
Niche playbook reports
Turn any niche into a brief your team can act on: the winning videos, the hooks and sounds behind them, and what to post next.

A niche playbook is what a social media manager hands their team or a client: what's going viral in a niche right now, and why. It works on the 23 curated niches and on your own Viral Content Agents.
Making one
- Go to Automations and click New automation, or start from the "Every Monday 9:00 → niche playbook → Slack" template.
- Add a Generate report step and choose Niche playbook.
- Pick the niche, how many videos (the top 10, 25 or more), and what "best" means: most viral (views against the creator's following), most viewed, most liked, highest engagement, or all of them side by side.
- Add where it should go (Slack, Discord, a webhook or email), then press Run now for a one-off report or turn the automation on for a schedule.
What's in it
- Winning videos — the top videos for each ranking you chose, with views, multiplier and a link to each.
- Hook types — which openings the winners use, with examples, from the videos that have been analysed.
- Common traits — formats, lengths and patterns the winners share.
- Takeaways — what to try in your next post.
- Top sounds — the sounds behind the winners. Each links to its TikTok sound page.
Hook types come from analysed videos. The more of a niche's winners have been analysed, by you or by auto-analysis, the fuller this section is.
Sharing it
Every playbook downloads as a PDF to send to your team or a client, or as a CSV to work with in a spreadsheet. Sound names in both are links.
Getting one every week
Give the automation an On a schedule trigger (for example every Monday at 9:00 in your time zone) and turn it on. Each run builds a fresh playbook and sends the link. See Automations for triggers, steps and run limits.
